Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request order cancellation only before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched from the supplier or logistics partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Cancellation After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy after delivery, subject to supplier guidelines.

Refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason may result in Return to Origin (RTO) and could affect future order eligibility.

Order Cancellation by Azuba Trends

Azuba Trends reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation requests must be made promptly before shipment. Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability.
